How to Send-in for Service
Whether for new repair, warranty repair or get free-diagnostics you must try to get an RMA# first before any item is sent to our facility,
This RMA# is essential for you to track the status of your unit to our facility, through our repair service department and back to you.
You can get a RMA# via by calling our Service Department at 1-
510-661-0999 or 1-800-622-7977.
or by email by completing the form online RMA Request Form online.
Once you have received your RMA# from us via e-mail or by phone, please ship the item to:

We usually ship back by UPS within USA & USPS for international.
Walk-in Service
Do not need to get an RMA number nor appointment.

welcome walk in M-F 9 to 5pm, Sat 10 to 2pm. PST.
