You must get an RMA# first before any item is sent to our facility, whether for repair or warranty repair.
This RMA# is essential for you to track the status of your unit to our facility, through our repair service department and back to you.
You can get a RMA# via by calling our Service Department at 510-661-0999 or 800-622-7977.
or by email by completing the form online RMA Request Form online . We prefer online better.
Once you have received your RMA# from us via e-mail, please ship the item to:
